Yes. Unboxed Inventory Manager is offline-first: you can sell, receive stock, adjust inventory and look up products with no connection at all. Changes are saved on your device and synchronise automatically when you are back online.
Yes. A desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 is on the way, and the web app can already be installed on Windows from Chrome or Edge for a full-screen, offline-capable experience.
Yes. The Android app is designed for phones and tablets running Android 8 or later, and the web app can be installed to your home screen today.
Yes. Each branch has its own stock, staff and sales, while head office sees everything in one place. Transfers between branches are tracked from request to receipt.
Yes. Every batch carries its own expiry date. You get alerts at 7, 30, 60 and 90 days, and the POS sells the earliest-expiring batch first (FEFO).
Yes. Use any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner on desktop, or the camera on Android. You can also search by name, SKU or batch number.
Yes. Bulk import from a spreadsheet (CSV/Excel) is supported during onboarding, and our team can help migrate data from your previous system.
Yes. Pharmacy features include batch and expiry tracking, FEFO, quarantine and recall management, generic names, strengths, dosage forms and prescription-only flags.
Yes. Fast barcode checkout, thousands of products, categories, price management, multiple payment methods and customer accounts are all built in.
Every change is recorded on the device and queued. When a connection is available, changes are sent to the cloud in order and changes from other devices are pulled down. The status indicator always shows whether you are online, offline or syncing.
Yes. Every staff member gets their own login with a role — owner, admin, manager, pharmacist, cashier or storekeeper — so they only see and do what they should. Every action is recorded in the audit trail.
